The Northeast Wisconsin Rugby Foundation needs everyone’s support. They have recently closed on 10 acres in the Town of Lawrence for the future long term home of rugby for all area youth and high school teams. To help with the costs of developing this land, they have applied for a grant from Brown County in which the Brown County Board will be voting on this Wednesday.

The Brown County Executive Committee allocated the Foundation $200,000 on 3/4. This grant has to be confirmed at the next County Supervisors meeting on 3/20. Please help us get this funding.
There are two ways to help.
1) If you are a Brown County Resident – send a message to your County Supervisor asking them to vote yes for support the NE Wisconsin Rugby Complex in Lawrence.

Find your district and then click on your supervisors’ name. There is an email form that you can fill out to contact your supervisor.

2) Attend the meeting to show public support for our project. Lower-Level Flexible Meeting Room, Brown County Central Library, 515 Pine St., Green Bay, WI 54301 at 7pm
