Players, Parents, Coaches, and Fans,

Our pitch is located within the Washington County Park System. An annual or daily park pass per VEHICLE is required for entry. The cost is $7. You can pay via this link---- https://www.washcoparks.com/parks/passes/daily_pass/daily__entrance_pass/purchase/ --- You can pay prior to or on the day of the tournament. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring. Washington County Parks is a fantastic partner of our club, and allow us to use the fields and facilities, keep our posts up and provide all maintenance of the fields. Thank you for your understanding.

The referee meeting will be held at 8:30 and the coaches meeting will be at 8:40. Games will begin at 9:00 AM on all 3 fields. We are on a tight schedule. Please be ready to play at your scheduled game time. Forfeits may be charged to any team that is 5 minutes late.

There is zero tolerance for referee abuse from players, coaches, parents or spectators. Any issues should be brought to the attention of the Wisconsin Middle School Rugby Disciplinarian, Barry Marquardt, Tournament Director Kale Wenzel, or the Warriors Rugby Staff. Our goal is to expose kids to rugby in a fun and safe environment.

No Parking on Hwy Z or on the side of the park roads. This will be strictly enforced.
Concessions will be sold under the pavillion on the north side of the parking lot
Portable Toilets will be near the parking lot. Flush toilets/bathrooms will be are by The Tapyard (golf cart/UTV shuttle service will be available).
There is overflow parking if the main lot gets filled up (follow the road until you see the sign). Golf cart/UTV shuttle service will be available.
The Tap Yard (beer garden) will be open at 1pm for anyone interested. Rugby players get a free soda. Just let the bartender know and they will put it on our tab. There is also a small beach, boat launch, and playground by the lake.
